I started going here in 2020, this place used to be great, but they got a new dentist running the place and he messed up my tooth when he filled it. Plus they did a horrible job "deep cleaning" my husband's teeth. We just went to a new dentist who did what they should've done. I will not be returning.
Hospitality saved my life ! Took me in immediately, very understanding and Kind! Angel Jo made me feel so comfortable.She was sweet,gentle and communicated with me every step of the way with compassion.The Dr made me feel safe. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and his Prediction was on point ! He cared about my comfort and wanted to do what was best for me!No Pain during or after the procedure! I had PTSD from other places but Hospitality gave me hope and I will forever be grateful.
Was mailed a bill when I was told that I didn't owe anything. Scheduling has been a massive headache the entire time. Phone goes straight to voicemail on busy days when people normally work. Please get yourselves in order.
I loooove the staff and Gissella had the best customer service hands down! Unfortunately I won’t be back, they have a new dental hygienist and she is so rough, my gums are so sore and swollen day after cleaning and extremely sensitive, the old dental hygienist did not ever hurt me this way, and she did a deep clean on me, this new hygienist was extremely rough! I have no other complaints but they have lost me as a customer , grateful for your care but it’s time to move on a find another office, I’m sorry! Update on my origin... read more
