Dr Schaffner and his office staff are fantastic. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind, that's really great since I am a bit of a chicken. Dr Schaffner explains what he's doing, takes his time and does a wonderful job. I have been to the office twice now, and am very impressed with the results. When I made the appointment, Jeanette got me in quickly, and on appointment day there was no waiting. Wish I could rate the office higher, Dr. Higa is great. But something odd is happening in office.....they've lost two hygienists in a short time, and they've cancelled appointments left and right. Also, they very oddly will NOT send a bill any more unless you insist on it, they call you, tell you that you owe money and ask for payment. Who would pay a balance without seeing a bill to understand how insurance and any previous payment was applied first? Just very unusual.
So glad I am back at Hospitality Dental. Honest, professional and definitely friendly. 🤎🤎🤎
Great place. Everyone very nice and efficient. I love that they are Open late on Tuesdays for people who work during day. They are pretty quick with appointments too.
