I saw Dr. Gerais for the first time today. I so enjoyed his personality. He's gentle and caring. Has a good sense of humor. I came in with an issue. He listened, discussed test results, & options. Then he told me what he would like me to do and waited for me to agree, disagree & ask questions. It was a good visit. The office fit me in today. Took time to check out what they could do and called me back. All this after leaving a message.

My family member was treated by Dr. Mohammed A. Gerais. The service has been terrible and no progress has been made with any of the issues we came to him for. Her memory is fading and we are being told "she is just old." Does it get any more ageist than that? Based on what she is experiencing, she is clearly showing signs of dementia beginning to set in. Dr. Gerais was such a compassionate and caring doctor, that i came here hoping to find a office of his i can switch to! He was a god send when i was at my absolute most vulnerable and was understanding of my home situation and tried his hardest to make my stay as short and seamless as possible, even though i was trying to kill myself by running out of the hospital doors way too soon. Dr. Gerias was caring and compassionate. When you are sitting in a hospital bed not knowing what is wrong with you is very difficult. Dr. Gerias poked fun and celebrated with me as we ruled out problems. He made my stay not so miserable.
