My father is admitted at the hospital under the care of the Hospitalist group. I am in another city and also work as a Hospitalist. My father requested that his physician (Dr. Shattuck) call me to update and explained that I am a physician in another city. I did not receive a call that day but promptly did the following morning. It turned out my phone number was written down incorrectly. I appreciate the call and the update.
Dr Floyd was an extremely rude..obnoxious..disrespectful man
In and out of ER very quickly. Staff was wonderful and very organized.
