Got to the Vet hospital on a Friday. My chihuahua Coco couldn't walk. Showed the video so they could understand what was going on. Immediately, they reacted and knew. They examined explained every detail to me in words that I would understand. Every assistant and doctor were very nice and gentle with Coco. He was treated with care. Follow-ups are required. Exceptional service and care! Naihomie Rodríguez and all of the staff from the receptionists to assistants were 5 star. I made the daily drive from the west coast for a week while they performed emergency plasma transfusion for my dog and other care. Every day they welcomed me without having to wait too long and I felt like the doctors actually cared. As in they spent the time to explain the situations, options for care and communicated well with their staff. I've been to several vets on the island and this is by far my favo... read more
Llevé a mi perrito JAZZ con bajón de azúcar, ya que no quería comer, lo Llevé muy preocupado , pero los doctores SON INCREÍBLES, el personal desde las cajeras , hasta las que están dentro de las salas son increíbles también, todos atentos , serviciales , humildes , amé el hospital ellos se preocupan como si cada animalito fuera de ellos, no piensen en traer a su mascota aquí de ser necesario. Mi experiencia con esta clínica fue muy mala. En todo momento el enfoque fue únicamente en el dinero, nunca en explicar tratamientos, posibles opciones o la condición real de mi mascota. Jamás me informaron que mi perra estaba en un estado tan delicado como para que falleciera al día siguiente. Pasé un día entero intentando comunicarme y nunca respondieron al teléfono.
