If I could rate this company a zero I would. Management is TERRIBLE and so is the pay there is literally no structure in the office . They under pay “valuable employees” and over pay the custodian ! Be ready to be belittled, harassed, micromanaged, and MUCH more everyday you present yourself to work! There is NO TEAM like they state, there is segregation between office staff and the shop floor.
