I genuinely don't understand all of the negative reviews of this location. I had a great experience here in the dermatology department. No wait for my appointment and very little waiting to see the physicians assistant. Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable as well as patient. The building is also rather nice and easy to navigate as there are plenty of signs that tell you where things are. If you're insurance let's you, I would recommend giving this place a try.
Been taking my mom here for years. I don’t expect immediate attention, but consistently having us wait in the examination room for nearly 45 minutes is unprofessional. This is a result of poor management, short staffing, and over booking.
Good facilities, and so much more convenient and less crowded than the Fullerton offices.
