Nous avions un rendez vous pour 17h30, nous avons finalement vu quelqu'un après 3h.. et nous sommes toujours en attentes des résultats rendu à 21h30... Nous avons quitter les lieux. C'est à se demander où vont nos taxes et frais...

Les ordres des patients ne sont pas respectés par l'urgence. Certaines personnes se plaignent et se font passer en premier afin d'éviter toute dispute. Leur erreur principale est de ne pas prendre en charge les patients qui ont des blessures sérieuses ou d'autres considérations. We saw a man coming with his girlfriend in the emergency. He went to the room for a re-evaluation right away. He immediately told the doctor, he needs to have a talk with him, and he shut the door behind him. End of result. Emergency room is always the worst there, been there 4 times this year for different reasons, and each time the doctors were rude, minimal explanation and when you ask more questions they make you feel like you are just wasting their time. All the other staffs were kind thought. And the wait time is horrible, even if it looks like there's not a lot of people, it's 8h-10h waiting. And just to be able to remove something they put on me it took an extra 1h just to call me back so I can finally leave after they remove it... and ... read more
