So sad............! people would die in ugency waiting here I believe..And staff is not nice either. So disappointed. will never come here again! If you are really in urgent and dont wanna die, pls dont come here!

Mon expérience à l’urgence de cet hôpital a été très difficile, principalement en raison des délais d’attente extrêmement longs. Il faut souvent patienter de nombreuses heures avant d’être vu, et dans certains cas, l’attente peut s’étendre sur une grande partie de la journée, voire jusqu’au lendemain. We checked in at 4:30PM on Monday and we were admitted to an ER at 8AM on the following day for a non-urgent case. The CLSC is not able to apply stitches, only remove stitches. At some point, we asked the triage nurse if calling 811 to book an appointment would be faster, to which they said that the only option for us is to wait for an emergency doctor.
