My husband and I just spent a week at the Hospital Hospitality House. We were there while he had radiation treatment at Vanderbilt. Words cannot express the warmth that we felt from so many folks while we were there. The facility is beautiful, safe and clean. We love the fact that we had our room for rest but could go to the commons area for fellowship and community support. Hospitality House was an awesome home away home. Its so great to have somewhere to stay as my husband recovers from is transplant as well as monthly follow up appts. Thank you so much for what you all do.
Community, space, recovery, amenities, sweet employees, and accommodation. My son is a heart baby. He has Heterotaxy Syndrome among other things and we needed a place to stay and the cardiac social worker at Vanderbilt Hospital put us in touch with the Hospitality House. They were very accommodating and nice and got us checked in very quickly and we stayed there for almost 2 months through the birth of my son and his open heart surgery. I will be visiting again during his next surgery in 6 months.
