ESTUVE ESTE FIN DE SEMANA EL HOSPITAL LA CONCEPCION DE SAN GERMAN Y CONSIDERO EL SERVICIO QUE ME OFRECIERON LA SALA DE EMERGENCIA FUE DEFICIENTE. FUI CON UN SAGRADO Y MIGRAÑA FUERTE NUNCA VI AL MEDICO DE MEDICINA INTERNA EN 3 DIAS QUE ESTUVE EN LAS POCAS VECES QUE UN MD INTERNO ,FUE QUIEN ME VIO. MI MD PRIMARIO TIENE PRIVILEGIO EN EL HOSPITAL CUANDO SOLICITE QUE LE DIERAN CONOCIMIENTO AL MD ME DIJERON QUE EL PROTOCOLO NO LO PERMITE. En realidad el doctor me hizo sentir estupido por querer verificar mi cabeza después de un accidente de carro en la cual tuve un impacto fuerte y estuve toda la semana adolorido. Muy burlón y poco profesional, ser “joven” no quita valor a mi preocupación. Si no piensa que es necesario verificarme al menos explíquelo, no todos estudiamos medicina. Vine por recomendación, pero no vuelvo.

I don't know how this hospital is still running. This is the worst hospital i ever been to. You could instantly tell it's just a job not a profession for them. The staff is either under trained or they don't care ( both) and a lot of the nurses are young and immature. I know health care in Puerto Rico is very third world and needs help but it's not an excuse for poor service, very poor service. The worst is them trying to put a simple IV . Acudí a la sala de emergencias de este hospital con un sangrado de nariz que llevaba 5 días corridos y la atención fue pésima. La doctora Lisa Ortiz Aponte me atendió de manera totalmente irresponsable y poco profesional, usando la linterna de un celular en vez de equipo médico adecuado. Me dijeron que el sangrado estaba relacionado con mi azúcar, pero eso no tiene nada que ver y no resolvió nada. No me realizaron estudios, ni CT scan, ni me dieron ninguna explicación real.
