I have been here for 4 hours in the E.R. with my wife, today is New Years Day 2025 and I find the lack of urgency after triage to be deplorable. Only 1 person has been called back to see the Doctor in 4 hours. I will continue to love Ponce, but I will urge the management staff of this hospital to make a visit on the holidays or after hours to do a serious evaluation. I am writing this before we have been seen so I may edit once we see the doctor, however as of now do not come to this hospital for an emergency visit.

Compassionate care at the ER. Arrived at the ER and was assisted quickly. Within an hour I had been seen by the doctor, had blood work done, was laying down receiving IV fluids and meds. The staff was kind and efficient.

Ir A Las 7am de la mañana y ser Atendida a las 11am. Y salir de ese Infierno De Hospital a las 12:30 pm. No Tiene Precio La Sala De Emergencia Vacia. Escuchar a Los Dr Riendose y No Ser Atendida Creo Que Es Una Falta De Respeto, Falta De Empatía…. Dr.Javier Lillo Recuerde Que Usted Tiene Una Familia y Una Madre, Y Parece Mentira Que Yo Estuve Esperando Que Usted Hiciera Chiste En Toda La Sala, Diera Toda Las Vueltas Del Mundo. Las enfermeras haciendo chistes, riendose y gritando alfrente de pacientes sufriendo y muriendo. Los medicos te dan medicamentos a lo loko, no tienen las facilidades ni para ver un cd de imagenes de xrays en sus computadoras. Inteptitud al maximo.
