Have people living there that vandalise peoples homes and property in the area. Very disappointing. Feel unsafe with these people doing stuff. I am a REAL person and you should know police were there last night. We have video proof of the person damaging our property. The people that stay there doing this makes the community feel unsafe. So yes I am a REAL person with REAL concerns. You’re doing a great job giving your business a bad name. I am just letting public know FACTS
It's a very good place to live for disabled people or, those that are doing it tough, that need a place to stay. Things have improved here considerably over the past 5 months, the management have been putting in efforts and their work has achieved a high quality facility. Close to facilities and Ballarat cbd. The staff are friendly and residents are reasonably well behaved.
Large facility and comfortable, friendly staff and residents. I'm disabled and have lived here for 4 months, it's much better than being in a hospital or homeless. I was scared to come here but now I'm relieved and thankful that I came here.
