Brought my autistic little girl there because she was sereverly blocked up with a fecaloma. Last year she had the same problem and they delt with it right away. After 4 hours of her pushing and in pain they told us to go to the emergency room in sherbrook because they didnt have the staff for it. Wouldnt even send us in an ambulance. Threatened to call security because we were upset after seing her in severe pain the whole time. I would give this place a negative 5 stars if i could. Do not go there. Could not ask for anything better. All staff including Doctors and nurses are amazing.
Prepare to wait for up to 10 hours to see someone if you go to the emergency room. There are no doctors available in this hospital for the emergency. People bring a pillow and a blanket waiting for their turn.
