I had a great experience here. Was rushed via ambulance after fainting at Sports Med while visiting my orthopaedic surgeon. They saw me straight away, ran heart and vitals and organised extra physio support due to my broken ankle. 👍

I fractured a kneecap and dislocated a hip a few days ago and the ambulance crew took me to the Hospital Avoidance Service. I was very impressed by the name and concept of the Service and even more impressed by the staff, who were magnificent. I was seen immediately, all tests including x-rays were done. They were supported by advice from the RAH and were courteous and caring. I could not have been more informed and supported. Fantastic.
