I went to pickup my mom after her jeep overheated and we were both helped and informed before I even realized it. Small business that knows the small things matter. I am so happy with hospital automotive. I have now taken 2 of my vehicles to them. The communication is fantastic and Bruce seems to really care about his customers. I got him to do a lot of work on one of my cars, then when my son's car had a problem there was no hesitation in where to take it. I find it very hard to find a mechanic that is easy to trust. I trust Bruce!
