Avoid this place by any means necessary. Went in for High Pressure and pain level was a 7. Left with pain level 10 plus. Because after triage was placed into room to get evaluated by doctor. No one really listen to what wrong never tried to understand why I was in so much pain. Never paid attention to the fact I had Fractured spine so sitting for hours really hurt and when I asked to lay down the nurses just didn’t care. I don’t want to come back to Corewell
Since they've become Corewell, their rate of service has gone down drastically. The Dr's definitely don't care about the patients anymore, and they're rude to the nurses and other support staff too. The cafeteria employees are also rude, please, don't God forbid, obtain the wrong menu from your nurse. They will go off on you for it.
