They are not very up front with how things are by the Doctor. A friend was in their care and not once met the Doctor in charge of her care. As for providing drug care is such a hassle. She ran out of necessary drugs for comfort and where basically lied to about amounts she was able to get. Her visiting nurse was very good. The line of supervisors above him not so much. Look around and do your research before signing up.

Genteiva and the staff were absolutely amazing. My husband was diagnosed with GBM, from thw start of their care they were professional, personable and offered me support when I didn't know I needed. Angelie showed my family so much respect, helped my husband while providing him so much dignity. I do Not think I could have made it through such a difficult time without her. I am Forever grateful to the amazing team at Gentevia and to Ms. A!!! Thank you

Good morning I would like to thank the entire staff of Gentiva starting with our 1st visit with Theresa when my brother and I met up with her. Theresa’s beautiful spirit was all through her when we hugged. No matter when I made that call to the 24 hour line you all were there to assist. Got to meet Tamera whom I had spoken with so many times good to put a name with a face. If you want a highly skilled and caring group of nurses to assist you and your loved one thru the hospice journey, I highly recommend Tamara and her staff in Sugarland. They addressed all of our concerns in a professional manner by making regular house call, providing the necessary equipment and medications and supporting the family emotionally. They were truly a blessing to our family when we needed it the most.
