We used this company for my grandfather who was brought home on hospice Thursday and died less than 48 hours later. The only reason this company isn’t getting one star is because the nurses we were actually able to speak to and meet were so lovely, reassuring, and helpful. But our issues began before my grandfather even came home. Poor communication between hospice and his case worker at the hospital meant we were left guessing as to exactly when he’d come home and if we’d have equipment delivered in time for his transport. ... read more
