Zero stars!!!! Hospice workers simply want to medicate patients so that they die sooner! They CEO (Trent) is unprofessional and just as bad as the low level field workers. Not wanting to get caught in another lie, Trent refused to speak with me on a recorded line. Hospice needs new PROFESSIONAL Leadership or to just close the business. Matt Harkness and the team at hospice of the piedmont are a pleasure to work with!! Always professional and know they will take the best care of our residents!
I contacted this Hospice to speak with my sister Diane. They were so kind and made an effort to answer the phone in her room and hold it to her ear if she was awake. I live in NY. They treated her with such dignity and she passed with peace and comfort. I highly recommend this hospice.
