Because of the sensitive nature of the service provided and to maintain a level of propriety and privacy, this review will be very generic. I was appalled at the practices and the service received from Hospice of North Alabama. I'm a social worker so I'm not entirely unfamiliar with hospice and this is not the level of care one would expect from a hospice organization. Hospice of North Alabama were a Godsend ❤️they helped with every horrible decision we had to make with my Father's passing. They were so patient and kind. Very caring with my Father's situation and made him as comfortable as possible.

Hospice of North Alabama is the most kind and caring service. They showed great professionalism and dignity in the care of my mother. If need again, I will choose Hospice of North Alabama they provide a very great and caring service.

I highly recommend these people. Our caregiver Brittni Moody was absolutely great. From the time she came to our home we felt comfortable and loved. My mom was in her last stages of bad health and scared. Brittni made her feel special and cared for. When mom passed Brittni came out after hours to help us through a extremely stressful time. That's what a family needs at these times. We were a name not a number. I'm forever grateful to Brittni and Hospice of North Alabama. Thank you and God bless you all!
