I am giving them two stars because their care for my father who passed a year ago was okay (We didn't know what we didn't know). That said, My mom was a patient of Dr. Emery (who works with Hospice of Holland) until approximately 1 month before she passed. Once we were ready to sign up for hospice care, Dr. Emery would not approve my mother to be on Hospice. Hospice of Holland was great to work with. They were very caring to our residents, and also very information to our community. I would highly recommend.
Excellent service for my mom who passed away the end of January. I am currently working with one of the care givers for grieving ones and am so impressed with this program. I have meetings with Jayne who is extremely supportive and helpful. She is so focused on helping me and feels like a good friend to me. Hosted an event where the bartenders were not allowed to count their cash tips afterwards, that another individual would count and write them a check. Suspicious, be wary if you’re bartending one of their events! This was the Vanderleek Cup at the Yacht basin.
The people that have come to our home have been fantastic. Thank you Roxanne, Andrea, Haley, and Pastor Jim.
