Awful people, very lazy they all need to be fired real pos's
Terrible and lazy staff. Only thing they stay on top of is the pills. The main doors lock at many points in the day for no reason. And at night you are suppose to call a number to be let in, half the time no one answered and then your are supposed to call another number for when that one doesn't work, only thing is noone answers that phone either. If I could give less stars I would. I plan on contacting my lawyer about how things went down with my father's experience here.
My father fell while he was in the care of this facility @ 4-4:30am on the first night he was admitted. The night nurse did not notify me until around 7-7:30am in the morning of his fall. She had no explanation as to how the fall happened, how long he might have laid there or why she waited 3 hours before contacting me, other than that she didn't want to wake the family up, because he was "OK".
