Mia has been such a blessing during Jason’s time on hospice. She treats him with so much compassion, patience, and respect. She goes above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable and that we understand everything that’s going on. She always takes the time to listen, explain, and reassure us, which means the world during such a difficult time. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and their families. We are so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. She’s made this journey a little easier to bear.
My mother was treated horribly. Always late with supplies and not calling when nurses and CNA weren't going to show up. But the worst is when she passed they sent a sympathy card to the family of my mother's first name, wrong middle initial, and wrong last name, so they couldn't take the time to properly address it to us. So disgraceful. I will never use Hospice of Chattanooga again!!!!
Very thankful for the Hospice of Chattanooga team in Cleveland, TN! My family has chosen this team twice to care for our two family members. Both times they gave exceptional care and support us through this journey. During these difficult times we never felt alone, they were always there to help or answer any of our questions. Look no further, give them a call. I highly recommend them!
None of us are really prepared to hear that a loved one has a terminal illness and when you find yourself in a situation where you cannot care for that person physically anymore, because of their rapid decline, you can feel very helpless.
