My mother was treated horribly. Always late with supplies and not calling when nurses and CNA weren't going to show up. But the worst is when she passed they sent a sympathy card to the family of my mother's first name, wrong middle initial, and wrong last name, so they couldn't take the time to properly address it to us. So disgraceful. I will never use Hospice of Chattanooga again!!!!
Very thankful for the Hospice of Chattanooga team in Cleveland, TN! My family has chosen this team twice to care for our two family members. Both times they gave exceptional care and support us through this journey. During these difficult times we never felt alone, they were always there to help or answer any of our questions. Look no further, give them a call. I highly recommend them!
None of us are really prepared to hear that a loved one has a terminal illness and when you find yourself in a situation where you cannot care for that person physically anymore, because of their rapid decline, you can feel very helpless. I would like to tell the whole community what wonderful, caring and loving the staff at chatt hospice in cleveland is. If you ever find yourself or family in this situation, please consider them. It is a very hard thing to go through but the staff at hospice of chatt make the whole experience a litter easier to handle.
