The facility has a welcoming home setting with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I was greeted warmly by the young lady at the front desk and everyone I encountered was very pleasant and courteous. I received a call from Desirae (nurse) once my father arrived at the facility. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My aunt, who has terminal cancer and moderate dementia, was receiving in-home hospice care, but we opted for one week of respite care at this facility so her primary caregiver (my cousin) could rest. I visited daily—staying hours each day until her night dose—to ensure she was cared for and emotionally supported. The people are so nice and comforting,They took care of my husband and all my family.if not for the nurses there. I know I wouldn’t have made it. Bless everyone their.
These people are the WORST!! The rush to get My father APPROVED was impressive! as soon as he passed away a week later October 18th 2023.I have not heard back from anyone to help with Breavment,and burial resources. At this time of grieving I can't even think,how they assured me they would be here for me and My family. ALL LIES! Update: As of November16th 2023. I still haven't heard from them, NO COMPASSION! it's about the MONEY! It's such a shame.
