The people are so nice and comforting,They took care of my husband and all my family.if not for the nurses there. I know I wouldn’t have made it. Bless everyone their.
These people are the WORST!! The rush to get My father APPROVED was impressive! as soon as he passed away a week later October 18th 2023.I have not heard back from anyone to help with Breavment,and burial resources. At this time of grieving I can't even think,how they assured me they would be here for me and My family. ALL LIES! Update: As of November16th 2023. I still haven't heard from them, NO COMPASSION! it's about the MONEY! It's such a shame.

I wish this could be less than 1 star. I was completely disgusted witnessing the lack of support provided with the in home hospice care of Charles County . On call nurses never showing up ,calling to have families trouble shoot alternatives to ease the suffering of their loved ones . The purpose of Hospice is to provide care comfort and support to families and their loved Ones, I seen none of this . The efforts of support were less than satisfactory. Our Loved one spent almost two weeks in this facilities care and his nurses were amazing. Everyone was so nice and helped us with everything up til his transition. The Staff is Amazing :)
