Am horrified with the nurse I just spoke to while trying to deliver some coffees that a patient ordered and she not only was yelling at me through the door when she could have easily opened it and eventually did but started barking at me that the patient wasn’t allowed solid foods and I said ‘it’s coffees she ordered’ and she says ‘well she’s not allowed that either!! And I’m like ‘okay.. do you want me to tell her?..’ and she growls and that she will ‘deal with her’ and shuts the door on me……… I’m sorry but if I was in hosp... read more

This is a beautiful place. They have large comfortable rooms. There is many rooms for groups. They have a huge flower garden with gazebos and seating. The staff is simply amazing. They made family members feel so welcomed Thankyou so much for making my mother's last few days so comfortable

What a lovely place and so essential at our time of need. The facility is beautiful and the staff are so caring. Within a few moments of our arrival we were visited by the care- aids, the doctor and everybody reviewed the situation with us and answered any of our questions. The only thing I would suggest is that there would be some food provided for the visitors as we can be here for extended stretches and it's very helpful to have even something simple like sandwiches or anything available here.

I want to thank the staff at the hospice house for their tender loving care not only for my grandma but for us as well! I don’t remember the names of everyone as you were all amazing, but two wonderful and beautiful hearted ladies I would like to especially thank are Helena and Oga! You ladies gave so much love that I will forever be grateful for! Thank you so much for your kindness everyone!

Wow, wonderful staff and such great care provided to my mom. It’s really unbelievable how fortunate some seniors are to get to come to this place. Such a beautiful facility.
