Hospice of Middletown has provided absolutely wonderful care for both of my parents at the ends of their lives. Caretakers were totally dedicated and genuine in their deep care for their patients and love for their purpose. In addition, they maintained constant communication with family members regarding our parents’ conditions throughout their time of care. Caring, loving family. That is what Hospice Care of Middletown created for our dear friend. Our friend did not have any remaining family but as soon as he enrolled, the Hospice team wrapped their care around him and became like loving relatives.
