Over the past year we have used Hospall PSW's to help with supporting my dad with his various health issues. From meeting Erwin, the nurse manager on call the process is was very smooth. It was easy to set up a schedule of PSW's and when they came to support my father, they would be attentive and really cheer him up and help him with whatever he needed. I was referred to Hospall and Michelle by a Friend of mine who saw that I needed help with finding some respite care for a Family Member while we were away. I am so very happy with the kind of care and companionship that was given to my Family member. They were professional from the get-go. Always on time and never left earlier than their shifts ended. This is a truly 5 star team! The support, experience, service and guidance helped us get through a very difficult and challenging time. Although we have a good healthcare system in Ontario having Hospall by our side every step of the way helped us get back to our regular healthy lifestyle with confidence, for the patient as well as my self the caregiver. Excellent wonderful kind services. Cannot rave enough about the staff at Hospall, especially Erwin de Lemos nurse manager, Michelle Frauley and PSW's. I needed some help after husband came home from hospital just before a long weekend. They had things in place the same day as my call. Check out their excellent services. Would not hesitate to call them in the future if needed.
