We had significant damage due to a hail storm last year and Hoskins was able to replace our old asbestos tile roof (ecologically safely) with a new steel roof before the bad weather set in in the fall. New window went in as well, very neat and clean. The windows are tight with little air leakage - as per the energy assessment person. Next came our siding - Incredible transformation of our home. Hoskins is a well established business in a small part of the state of Iowa. Enough so that when you think of siding, roof, and windows there name is known. I hired them on that basis - well known so it must be a good company. Unfortunitly my expectations where not met. From the time of proposal and agreement of my project to the finish date was over 4 months.
