Catherine is a fantastic mediator! She quickly and effectively resolved a case, and I was impressed with her skills as a mediator. I highly recommend her, and I would use her services as a mediator again!

I chose to not have a lawyer. I believe that made her think I was this broke person that could not provide for my child. She assumed I lived in an apartment. She assumed I couldn't afford an evaluation. To the point she tried scaring me with the cost. If your a single mother who chooses to not have a lawyer be prepared for her to try and walk all over you and get you to just agree with the other side. She already made assumptions and chose a side, certainly not a mediator like in her job description.
Cathrine was VERY unprofessional. Showed up an hour late. Did not act as a mediator at all. Took sides and would not listen to both parties. Had a woe is me attitude. Said very rude and mean things when she had no idea the back story. 10/10 would not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money.
The worst of the worst!! If you’re looking for a competent Special Master, RUN in any other direction!! Catherine will refuse to make actual rulings, despite giving herself deadlines, and instead will just keep playing games with her clients and have the exact same conversations on repeat over and over and over again for literal months on end (while billing you for every minute of her time to do so) without ever ruling on anything.
