Can't get hold of either shop Gladstone or Tannum .They say both are open.Nobody answers.
Really poor customer service and management. Lots of excuses
Doors closed at 11:59am. Website says that you are open until 2pm on Saturday. Wouldn't serve 2 of us.
Great staff, but the shop was way better with the last owners. The shop looks empty, no pool toys.What has happened..
Great service. Sent our entire chlorinator assembly to determine if the cell or the controller had failed. The pool was without water flow for 4 weeks and they coached me on how to keep it as good as possible whilst it was tested. Once it was returned the pool cleaned up in 24 hrs.
