they deserve zero stars - I have tried to phone the shop - no answer. Tried to phone their mobile - no answer. Tried to phone another shop elsewhere - no answer. Tried to email them twice - no answer. Are they still around?
Great counter service and information sharing.
My husband was charged $596.22 for replacing a 7 cell that never got replaced. We have sent emails and numerous calls were made to this business requesting they adjust the invoice. and we have been assured time and again the invoice would be adjusted. After months of requesting their invoice be adjusted with rubbish excuses like about technical issues we have now been referred to a creditor over a bill that should not exist. Absolutely appalling conduct this business is a joke!
