I am really disappointed with the service. I was given the wrong guidance regarding the battery purchase. On the night of February 2, the battery failed, and the car wouldn’t start—even the dome light didn’t work. Today, I asked the store to replace it with a more powerful battery, over 700 CCA. I want to clarify that I asked for a replacement, not a refund. I am leaving them the new battery along with the $256 receipt. Thank you, Hosie and Brown, especially with this winter coming.
