Contacted your dealership regarding a 2023 Yukon Denali xl ! Spoke to a Brian Hobbie. He assumed that I was asking him to lower the price of the vehicle. I asked to let me know of any price change. Then he went off accusing me of something. Then he says something about a hotel and putting a chair by the bed or something. I would like to speak to the owner! And I have whole conversation on my phone. Also I don't care but after he made the remarks he removed the post and blocked my site.
Had a great experience with Bryan at Hosick motors. I saw the truck online he was quick to respond to my questions. He didn’t try to upsell me to a more expensive vehicle. We agreed on a price online and when we showed up to the dealership the process was very quick. I would highly recommend them.
I gave 2 stars only because they didnt cost me any money. I went there with a cash buy budget of $55,000. I was looking for a gmc sierra 1500 with the duramax. I was willing to accept any color. I wasn't specific on year, giving them a 4 year range in options as long as mileage was below 50k. I never even heard back. Was like I wasn't taken seriously.
