Ice machines are high quality
The j series ice machine is junk. They have done nothing to fix all the known issues. Just keep selling them. First issue is the evaporator. Second is the cabinet leaks. 3rd the drain valve hose clogging in the base of machine and no good way to clean out. Do not buy them until they have done a major update.... I onky have 8 years experience. So don't trust me.
