I tried Hoshi for the first time today and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The tonkotsu ramen broth had an off taste compared to other ramen restaurants I’ve frequented in the past. After a couple tastes, I decided not to even eat the meal. I was truly looking forward to what I thought might be a hidden gem. I’m a bit frustrated I wasted my money on something I was unable to palette.
I loved the food, the atmosphere and our waiter Alex, best restaurant experience EVER!!
