Horrible customer service, rude.
1 star only for the front desk staff and the MA that were nice and caring and compassionate. Dr. Tramboli showed none of the traits the rest of his team did. Under no circumstances should a doctor say to a patient that was sent to him for care from their pcp say “this is why cardiologists don’t like dealing with your condition.” ….. what medical professional says that to a patient? My primary referred me to them for a cardiology checkup. They booked my appointment, verified my insurance, and after all that waiting, they called me five minutes before closing—just two days before my visit—to say billing wouldn’t accept my insurance and to cancel. Completely unprofessional, especially for something as serious as a heart and vascular checkup. Now you have your well deserved review!
Dr. Tamboli is very carrying and compassionate. His office made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. All my questions and concerns were answered. Everyone is so respectful. I completely recommend them.
Had an appt was told dr was not in so i will be seen by the ARNP so after waiting 40 min in the exam room i was told sorry they forgot about me so i went to resch next appt as i was checking in the dr said he doesnt what to wait so he left. they never called me back for a new appt.
