I was lucky enough to make contact with Dr. Fahmi after 2 emergency visits to the hospital. Dr. Fahmi is not only an excellent Doctor, but has great patient skills, takes plenty of time and was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions! All of the staff that I came in contact with, both in person and on the phone, conducting themselves professionally and were patient centered.
I have been going here for 4 years, I can't say I have seen the same issues as other people here. While I understand impatience as well, if you're at the Cardiologist's Office you're not a priority, the guy that is getting rushed in and currently dying in the hospital is. Should be glad to not be in a condition that they are rushing to see you. If you wait, you are inconvenienced, if they wait they die.
Horrible customer service, rude.
1 star only for the front desk staff and the MA that were nice and caring and compassionate. Dr. Tramboli showed none of the traits the rest of his team did. Under no circumstances should a doctor say to a patient that was sent to him for care from their pcp say “this is why cardiologists don’t like dealing with your condition.” ….. what medical professional says that to a patient? My primary referred me to them for a cardiology checkup. They booked my appointment, verified my insurance, and after all that waiting, they called me five minutes before closing—just two days before my visit—to say billing wouldn’t accept my insurance and to cancel. Completely unprofessional, especially for something as serious as a heart and vascular checkup. Now you have your well deserved review!
