Needed a hose leak repaired on Cat skid steer. They came out, it took close to four hours and they required me on site. They charged me almost 900$ for one hose, without the hydraulic fluid to refill. I also saved zero time as they required me to be there anyway. I asked office if I could possibly open an account, or pay in a few days since this was an unexpected repair. I was told they “don’t know me from Adam, and they won’t do that”. Had a flat tire and had to pull over at a gas station, one of the men from this company was getting gas and came over and helped me replace my tire. It was a huge help and he really saved the day! Just wanted to give them a shout out!
