COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND CARELESS! I brought my car to Hoselton Toyota service for new tires, thinking they’d treat my car with care. My family and I have done business with them several times in the past, and figured they would be more careful with my car than a discount tire center would be. My mistake. 1. Hoselton Toyota Service is a highly functional organization and I would recommend anyone who wants to have their care repaired properly with good communication along the way leverage Hoselton Toyota.
This is a terrible place to get service. They are always re booking appointments this is my second time here I’ve made an appointment by phone, the first time that I was there I got lost and was 16 minutes late I tried to explain and they turn me away, I re-schedule another appointment the following week and this time I was 6 minutes late due to the traffic lights, I explained to the guy that te scheduled me that I come out at 1:45 pm it would take me 16 minutes or so to get to the shop he said NO WORRIES come anyways , I wa... read more
My car was vandalized by some type of rodent, probably a squirrel. Feasted on some wires. The car was not drivable and was towed to Hoselton Toyota. Shaylynn, my advisor was wonderful. As this was an emergency situation I was impressed by the fact that they had the time to look at it the same day. Once the problem was discovered work began.
