Hose Power is the Worse Company here in San Angelo!!!!! If I Could put 0 stars I would. They cut my 1000 dollar hose up into pieces just to give it back to me not completed because they didn’t have the correct fittings. The people that are there now DO NOT know what they are doing. All the previous employees quit because of the store manager Charla and District Manager Justin. Hose Power this store will be shut down soon and it will be because of Charla and Justin . Horrible Company

New Management is awful. If I could do 0 stars I would. The Manager there now does not know what she is doing. All the previous workers there quit because of her. I had a 80 Dollar braided hose cut to pieces just for them to say that they did not have the correct fittings to complete the hose. They just handed the pieces back and said we cant do it after destroying my hose. And This store will never change. Hose Power this store will be shut down. This place rocks! Customer service is great! Always quick. Ill 100% return. Have been here numerous times! All have great experiences.
Great Customer service!!!!!! 10 out of 10. I don’t know what that Isaac Hernandez is talking about. But he sounds like that one kid in school that try’s making a triangle fit into a square. Hosepower will be fine without you.
