Great customer service. They greet everyone that comes in. They mostly knew everyone that came in or they were so welcoming that it felt like they knew everyone. I had an air hose that needed to be changed out on an old machine. Did find the exact one I needed but found one that would get the job done. Sold the tube by the foot which was helpful. What an awesome and Personal attention from everyone of the staffing, not pressure to up sale and answer to all my questions with great knowledge about their business.
This location is the better one of the bunch. They guys know their stuff and they have better inventory than other locations in the north bay area.
The Guys at this location are very fast and accurate my hydraulic hose jobs are beautiful cause these Guys in SanLeandro pay attention to many details. Thank You Guys, keep up the Great work!
