Great customer service. They greet everyone that comes in. They mostly knew everyone that came in or they were so welcoming that it felt like they knew everyone. I had an air hose that needed to be changed out on an old machine. Did find the exact one I needed but found one that would get the job done. Sold the tube by the foot which was helpful. Bought an extra one just in case we needed to replace another one. Their system was extremely slow, but I was in no rush - and no one else seemed to be either. Good experience. ... read more

This took a while to fix but it is fixed. The new staff is competent and a bunch of nice guys. All my hoses have been remade with correct materials and I will be be back to do more business once again. Thanks guys!
