Had a problem with a valve on our shear, Derek was able to help me solve the problem, very knowledgeable and fast response!
I walked in and had to walk around to find someone to help me. They didn’t have what I wanted but told me they would order the part, I had to push the guy to record my name and number. Never heard from them again. I’m assuming they didn’t care about me and or my business. I ended up purchasing the part online after waiting two weeks.
Very good experience. They helped troubleshoot a hose connector problem I had and put together a perfect fitting. Will definitely go back for future needs!
They have quality products at a fair price. But they only have one person assigned to helping customers. If you walk in and there are 3 people ahead of you, plan on being there a LONG time.
