After paying thousands of dollars, I've had to hand-hold this appraiser - reminding them to complete each step of the appraisal process. They don't keep you updated and miss deadlines they've set. They were really attentive when trying to get my business. After they were paid, I didn't hear from them. When I reached out for an update, it appeared as though they had forgotten (!!).
