Communication was absolutely horrible. Called and emailed multiple times for updates on design. Less than 2 weeks before I got married she had completely deleted my design guide with no idea and had none of it saved.. flowers were changed from original design because I couldn’t remember the exact names and she had no notes.. luckily the flowers turned out well but was not worth the stress of it.

I initially had a good experience working with Hannah for over a month after visiting her shop to arrange a simple bouquet and boutonnière for our elopement. However, communication completely broke down the week of the event. Despite multiple phone calls, voicemails, emails, and even reaching out via social media, I received no response.
