I hired Dean Blankenship as a general contractor to build a 2300 square-foot house from ground up. They handled everything from site development, building plans and the general build. Not only did they execute, but they stayed in close communication with me during the entire build process. Great company.
Hosana was hired to do commercial Bldg repairs to our office bldg in Altamonte. they not only took much longer than promised due to poor workmanship and the need to redo their work but then decided not to finish the work and did not give us enough credit to complete the work. We strongly recommend you think twice before using this company.
Excellent company. Working with Dean is a pleasure and his ideas are very well developed. Remodels are difficult but he brings his years of experience and makes it easy. Highly recommend.
