Nancy always does a great job and I have never not loved my nails. Been going here for the last year every 3 weeks.
A beautiful, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly.
I request the builders gel which she does very well and it’s not too thick which I appreciate as I already have thick nails. She’s pleasant to sit and visit with also.
I went to this place with a friend, and while their nails turned out fine, mine unfortunately did not. I hadn't gotten my nails don't in over 4 years, so I wasn't too familiar with what is or isn't usual when getting a manicure so I didn't think to take lhotos as things progressed. Super sad how my recent visit went. My friend and I went in for a mani/pedi which we scheduled an appointment for. It took us over 15 minutes after our appt to get seated which was a bit frustrating but I understand it can get busy. Sometime it’s hard to time manage. However after being seated my experience just got worse. They filed my nails too thin which gave me heat spikes and damage.
