A+ service! Competitive price! Actually, Hosack bid less than another well-known plumbing outfit. Ronnie was great!
I have used Hosack for both plumbing and AC. They tried desperately to keep my AC running during the recent heat wave. But it just couldn't be done and I had to replace the unit. And they truly do care about their customers . Mike advised me not to replace the furnace now because it had a lifetime warranty on the part that generally causes furnace failure. That saved me thousands of dollars. I'm a customer for life.
The technician was knowledgeable, polite, professional. Item replaced, garbage disposal part was high quality and reasonable in price. The labor charge was high, $300 plus, for half an hour work. Over all, the service was worth it. We had same device replaced in past by a different company alot less and it didn't last that long. So, paying alittle more for quality part and service seems worth it. I guess we'll see.
My water heater was quickly and quietly replaced. The repair man was professional. Will use Hosack Plumbing again.
