I wish I could leave zero stars. Where do I start? First, good luck getting H.O to answer any of your calls. I had a pool gathering scheduled and my pool was turning green. Mind you, it had just been “cleaned” by HO the previous day. I called him numerous times only for him to text me and tell me there are more important things In life than a clean pool. Excuse me? My kids and I are visiting my parents’ house and we met Carlos today when he came out to clean their pool. He is so friendly and nice! And he was so patient and sweet to all of us while we ran out and cleaned up the toys we had forgotten around the pool! My parents love him as well! He is always so attentive when they have questions and will go out of his way to try and get an answer for them. On top of that, he also does a great job with the pool! Thanks Carlos!
