Great people. The guy's showed up on time. I showed them around. They took notes as we were talking. Adam explained what he felt needed done. After they were finished Adam explained what they had done. Very professional. I would have them back for future work

Adam and his team just installed a Generac generator for my mother who lives out in the county. She said they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and showed her how it works. She is very happy with the service they provided. Thank you so much for all that you did.
I would like to thank Pat at Horwood Electrical for getting a service tech out today to get our Generac running. We are not a regular customer the one we use was closed for 2 weeks and by the looks of it no one was on call. We are now and will be a customer for the great service they gave us today. Also the tech was great to deal with. He moved a cable which was in ice which cause the fuses to blow. Would highly recommend Norwood for any service people need. Thanks again Paul Vintinner
