I was driving on 35W and there was a Horowitz driver I noticed that he was on his cell phone. I followed him for about 2 mi and he went and passed me right in front of me and I went over into the other lane. After 2 mi he was still sitting there on his phone scrolling. Perhaps that's why you're getting bad reviews from people if people are on their cell phones are just in a hurry because they have no patience.
I would recommend looking for other resources. Our experience with Horwitz was disappointing, as the company did not operate in a professional or reliable manner. We had a preventative maintenance contract with them for a couple of years, but appointments were frequently missed without any communication; only addressed when I followed up. The people were always friendly, but beyond changing filters, I’m not confident they performed any meaningful maintenance.
